All strings
1-2 : 1-3 : 1-4
[1 - your index finger, 2 - middle finger and so on]
Do this somewhere in the middle of the fretboard, 5th fret and there arounds.

Simillarly, 4-3 : 4:2 : 4:1

We also picked up fundas on Scales, Notes etc. We also were showed where our natural vocal scales were w.r.t the guitar fretboard so we could sing along while we played the Sa-Re-Ga-Ma...

How to play Sa-Re-Ga-Ma...

Start - 5th fret, 3rd string.
1-2-3(Hold down 2 and 3 together): Go down one string : 1:2:4 : Go down one string: 1:3:4
[1 - your index finger, 2 - middle finger and so on]

Come back up the same way for Sa-Ne-Dha-Pa-Ma-Ga-Re-Sa.

Just to remind myself,to play Sa-Re-Ga-Ma in my natural vocal scale, I need to start with the second fret and follow the above instructions. Yours should be different. Maybe you could post it here so you can remember it ;-)
